No. We bring professional equipment and eco-friendly, family- and pet-safe products. If you prefer us to use specific products, just let us know when you book.
On regular plans, yes: you are matched with a dedicated cleaner who gets to know your home. If they are ever unavailable, we arrange a fully briefed replacement and tell you in advance.

Not at all. Many clients give us a key or door code. Keys are coded, logged and stored securely, never labelled with your address.
